PS Benefits (a subsidiary of Profit Strategies, Inc.) is a leader in consulting, developing and servicing employee benefits of small and mid-sized companies in Central and Southern California.   Sharon Martin, founder of Profit Strategies, Inc. and PS Benefits worked for many years at the large Wall Street Investment Firms before deciding that she could better serve her clients as an independent consulting firm.  Located in the Conejo Valley on the border of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, PS Benefits is more centrally located to service our clients from San Diego to Central California.
